Title: Developing an Insular Transport Equivalent From Theory to Implementation

The presentation deals with Insular Transport Equivalent (ITE ), the concept of the ITE is based on the assumption that islanders (people or firms) should pay a fare equivalent to what residents (or companies) of the mainland pay to travel at the same distance as a principle.
The method is based on transport costs, the geography of the islands and the need for movement.
